Bassmaster Elite Series Angler Bradley Roy Joins Forces with USA Cares

Radcliff, KY – February 12, 2016 – USA Cares, the growing non-profit organization that provides immediate assistance to military families in crisis, is partnering with professional fisherman and Bassmaster Elite Series Angler Bradley Roy to help raise awareness for the many challenges–including combat injuries, PTSD, and transitioning from military to civilian life–that veterans and their families face.

Last year Roy spent a day at the call center and left a changed person. “I watched USA Cares team members receiving call after call from service members who simply couldn’t pay their rent, or keep the lights on. It’s hard to believe the lack of official support for our veterans and their families, and I’m honored to have a chance to help and pay it forward.”Screen Shot 2016-02-12 at 2.50.07 PM

“We are thrilled to have Bradley’s support, energy and charisma,” commented USA Cares Executive Director Hank Patton. “The added awareness that Bradley brings will boost our efforts to provide timely assistance to a growing number of service members and their families and to continue to change lives.”
